My Story

  • Growing up, even though my mother did her best to guide me, I often felt unprepared for what it truly meant to become a woman. There were so many unanswered questions—but more than that, I didn’t even know what questions to ask. I often felt confused and without the guidance I craved.

    For much of my life, I carried an unconscious belief that other women were a threat—people to compete with, compare myself to, or outshine. Instead of finding connection, it felt like we were all fighting against each other.

    When I studied physical therapy, I delved into the fascinating workings of the human body, especially female anatomy. Yet even with this understanding, I realized something was missing. Women are so much more than their physical form—our experiences, emotions, and cycles bring a profound depth that no textbook can fully capture.

  • Years into practicing yoga, this mindset began to shift. At first, yoga was just another physical practice, a challenge to master. But over time, I began to feel its deeper teachings: yoga isn’t just about moving your body; it can move your soul.

    Diving into the art and wisdom of women’s circles brought even greater insight. Through spiritual practices, movement, and connecting with my body, I began to heal the invisible wounds that society inflicts on so many of us.

    Now, my vision is to create spaces where women can reconnect with themselves and each other on a deeper level. I dream of a world where women feel empowered to embrace their full selves—body, mind, and spirit—and to share their unique light within their communities.

  • My work brings together everything I’ve learned—combining the structure of physical therapy, the flow of yoga, and the sacredness of community. I work with women on different levels, offering:

    • Public and private yoga classes, tailored to your needs.

    • Personalized physical therapy sessions, including support for pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause.

    • Communal women’s circles, providing space for connection and shared growth.

    • Retreats and workshops (coming soon!).

    Whatever you choose to work with, every modality is personalized and tailored to fit your unique needs and goals. My focus is always on creating a safe and supportive environment where you can heal, grow, and thrive.
