Yes! I specialize in women’s health, including pre- and postpartum support, pelvic floor issues, and menopause-related care.

Not at all! My classes are open to all levels, and private sessions are especially great for beginners. We’ll tailor the practice to meet you where you are, whether you’re just starting or want to deepen your practice.

Wear comfortable clothes, and if you have a yoga mat, bring it along. For online sessions, ensure you have a quiet space with enough room to move.

Woman`s Circle

Each circle is a safe and sacred space where we share, connect, and explore meaningful themes like the seasons, rites of passage, or the moon phases. There will be time for sharing, guided practices, and community connection.

Not at all! Sharing is always optional. Women’s circles are about creating a safe space, and you’re welcome to simply listen and observe if that feels best for you.
